Today we saw four quads whom
belonged to a rental quad store. Drunk and reckless
driving terrorizing the beach. This is a daily event. They
cerate so much dust for the homeowners and such a danger to
the community and themselves.
The local residents drive very considerate while riding
their quads on the beach. The local quad rentals need
to educate the renters and inform them that they need to be
citreous and
considerate
while cursing the beach.
